Aspen Music Festival and School is seeking a Vice President for Advancement to lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and donor cultivation programs. • Experienced fundraising professional with a track record of success in annual, endowment, capital, and special projects fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic fundraising plans to support AMFS’s mission and growth.
• Lead donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship across individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Oversee a high-performing development team and ensure accurate recording and timely acknowledgements of gifts.
