Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers to win ABS/CLO mandates and manage facilities.
• Assist in execution and closing of ABS/CLO transactions and financing deals.
• Lead deal process and coordinate with Rating Agencies, accounting firms, trustees and legal counsel.
• Prepare key transaction materials and liaise with internal/external teams.
• Conduct due diligence sessions and develop client pitch materials.
• Engage in special projects to support new business generation.
• Maintain relationships with Operations, Credit, Risk, Technology, Compliance and Legal.
