Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Field Examination Lead for the Asset-Based Lending (ABL) Field Examination team in New York. You will oversee the end-to-end exam lifecycle, assess collateral risk, and drive insights for safe growth across regions.

You will collaborate with senior credit leaders, coordinate across multiple geographies, and present findings to credit committees while mentoring junior staff. A strong background in ABL, ERP reporting, and data analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in ABL field examination or related credit risk roles.
• Experience with international ABL exams for multi-entity borrowers (EMEA/APAC).
• Strong knowledge of A/R and inventory collateral and borrowing base structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full exam lifecycle: scope/design, staffing, fieldwork, issues, QA, final report.
• Lead risk-based determinations of exam frequency and scope by borrower risk and collateral complexity.
• Direct teams across geographies and present findings to credit committees and deal teams.
• Mentor Associates/Analysts and Senior Examiners; develop talent and manage performance.
