Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Field Examination Lead for Asset-Based Lending (ABL) to drive rigorous collateral and credit risk assessments across a global portfolio. You will collaborate with senior credit leaders and deliver actionable insights to inform safe growth.

You will own the exam lifecycle, design scope and test plans, oversee fieldwork, and approve final borrowing base coverage across AR, inventory, and payables. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in ABL field examination or credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the full exam lifecycle: scope, plan, staffing, fieldwork oversight, and final report.
• Apply risk-based approach to exam frequency, depth, and procedures by borrower risk.
• Lead multi-region engagements across US, Canada, Europe, and APAC portfolios.
• Present findings and recommendations to credit committees and deal teams.
