OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels seeks friendly guest service staff to embody aloha. You will load and unload guests' luggage, assist with ground transportation, and provide information to help guests enjoy their stay.

Flexibility is required to cover various shifts. A service‑oriented attitude and teamwork are essential, with opportunities to grow through training programs and access to employee discounts across our properties.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Must load/unload guest luggage and assist with transportation.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts.
• Provide courteous information and services to guests.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Loads and unloads guests’ baggage and delivers them to respective rooms, assists with arranging ground transportation, provides information to guests, delivers amenities, keeps driveway presentable, and coordinates traffic/deliveries. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.

Base pay starts at $17.64 + tips
