• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

• Own final quality checks for voyage performance reports, validating data and assumptions.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
• Translate charter party terms and weather definitions into reporting criteria and verify reflections in reports.
