Job summary

SLI Compliance in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Voting System/Hardware Test Engineer to lead hardware and software test activities for voting technology. You will develop test plans, execute cases, document results, and support certification decisions within the Voting System Test Laboratory (VSTL).

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience with hardware validation, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
Experience with hardware testing and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

Review technical documentation and requirements against standards.
Develop hardware-related test plans, cases, and procedures.
Test voting system hardware, software, and integrated systems.
Document results, observations, and discrepancies; support re-testing.
