Job description

As an Electronics Hardware Test Engineer, you will work across digital and analog electronic hardware, contributing to requirements definition, specifications, architecture, design, and testing activities. The role is focused on Test & Validation, ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute technical assignments and propose or develop solutions within the electronic hardware domain
• Perform complex electronic and EMC tests
• Develop test procedures, execute tests, and prepare detailed test reports
• Contribute to test plan definition and validation strategies
• Analyze product rejections during production and customer returns
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure updates to quality and test databases
• Prepare qualification plans to support product improvements and evolution

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in an electronics hardware testing or validation role, with some general professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of:
• Issue resolution and application needs analysis
• Electronics standards and compliance
• Technical product and system architecture
• Verification of products, sub-assemblies, and components
• Power electronics, conversion, and energy storage
• Analog electronics (including analog and opto-electronics)
• Digital electronics and signal processing
• Electronics quality principles and metrics
• Proficiency with engineering and analysis tools to drive efficiency and quality
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
