Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Voter Protection Organizer to expand our non-partisan voter protection work. You will engage young voters, collaborate with campus stakeholders, and coordinate with county governments while reporting to the Voter Protection Director.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in democracy work, campaign organizing, or issue advocacy.
• 1+ year in a role that involved management of direct reports.
• Experience remotely managing volunteer teams.
• Familiarity with elections in Pennsylvania.
• Comfortable working as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

• Election Administration: track county election details and attend public county meetings.
• Voter Engagement and Education: develop materials and support direct voter contact and registration efforts.
• Management: lead Voter Protection Fellow team and coordinate volunteers in field and remote outreach.
• Greater Team Interactions: check ins with leadership and collaborate with other departments.
