Job summary

• Willingness to work long and irregular hours during Election Day and early voting operations.
• Commitment to voting rights and voter access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of the Voter Assistance Hotline, including capacity planning and volunteer support.
• Manage Hotline Captains and volunteer agents.
• Recruit, train, shift, and support volunteers who answer voters' calls.
• Create resources and establish training protocols for volunteers and leaders.
• Oversee hotline technology and provide training for volunteers on using hotline tech.
• Ensure voter interactions are documented in the database and report metrics to the Voter Protection Director.
• Monitor hotline volume and staffing for real-time support.
• Collaborate to develop voter education messaging and promote the hotline.
