DeKalb County is seeking a Voter Outreach Coordinator to educate residents on voter registration and election topics. You will assist with registration and absentee ballot applications and present information at community meetings and schools.

You will develop printed collateral and web content, maintain outreach records, and coordinate voter education activities across DeKalb County. Strong communications and customer service skills are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree in public administration, PR, communications, or related field.
• Three years of experience in communications, customer service, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to citizen inquiries and resolve issues with tact and courtesy.
• Assist voters with registration and absentee ballot applications.
• Attend meetings and present information at town halls and schools.
• Develop printed materials and web content for translation and design.
• Maintain outreach records and prepare related reports and data.
• Coordinate outreach events and track participation and outcomes.
