Job summary

The Campaign Finance Board (CFB) in New York City is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to organize volunteers, manage outreach, and support NYC Votes initiatives. This in-office, full-time role reports to the Senior Outreach Manager and focuses on expanding civic participation across the city.

You will recruit, train, and schedule volunteers, maintain CRM records, and coordinate voter outreach activities, ensuring high-quality engagement with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and one year of satisfactory full-time experience in related fields.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and supporting civic engagement is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteers and support NYC Votes outreach and GOTV efforts.
• Recruit, screen, train, onboard, and place volunteers across events.
• Maintain volunteer records, hours, and CRM data with accuracy.
• Organize voter registration drives and community outreach activities.
