• Results-driven with focus on meeting door-knocking targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of canvassers; ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate shifts with Regional Canvass Manager and track attendance.
• Monitor performance metrics and log data using canvassing tools.
• Address field issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide daily progress updates to Regional Manager.
