The Outreach Team is seeking a Voter Contact Field Director in Des Moines, IA to lead a door-to-door canvassing effort ahead of the 2026 elections. You will manage a 15–20 person team, train staff, set goals, and ensure high-quality, equitable outreach to voters on reproductive rights and related issues.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, a strong commitment to civic engagement, and the ability to work long hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

About the Campaign
The Campaign for a Family Friendly Economy PAC is going door to door to talk with Iowa voters about corporate polluter accountability, health care, big ag, affordability, and the 2026 election, including supporting Josh Turek for U.S. Senate, Rob Sand for Governor, and congressional candidates. We are mobilizing voters ahead of the November 3, 2026 midterm elections.

• Familiarity with VAN and MiniVAN

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $1,146 – $1,500 per week. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, and hands‑on training. At the end of the campaign, there may be opportunities for advancement and bonuses.
