Job summary

The Outreach Team in Iowa is seeking a Voter Contact Field Director to lead canvassing operations across Des Moines, West Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Davenport. You will manage a 15–20 person staff, train volunteers, set goals, and promote equity in voter contact on reproductive rights and policy issues.

Salary is $1,146–$1,500 per week, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and hands-on training. Role requires evenings/weekends in a fast-paced campaign setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15–20 hourly staff to canvass voters door-to-door.
• Canvass personally several days a week to train staff and meet office goals.
• Set goals and hold staff accountable to them.
• Identify, promote, and train leadership within the team.
• Develop strategic plans to reach targeted voters in assigned locations.
• Oversee payroll, reporting data, and distribution of materials.
