Job summary

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is seeking a Voter Access Associate for Ballot Cure to help ensure every eligible voter has their ballot counted and the election certified in November. You will implement ballot cure outreach and coordinate with the Voter Access Team and other departments to carry out ballot cure programming.

Reporting to a Deputy Voter Access Director, you will recruit and train volunteers, develop state-specific knowledge of voting laws, and maintain voter

Qualifications

• One cycle of campaign experience on a campaign or advocacy organization is preferred but not required.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, highly-developed organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of our organization.
• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and take a solutions oriented approach to unique problems.
• Familiarity with Voter Access tools, such as LBJ and VAN, preferred.

About the Opportunity

DSCC Ballot Cure Associates will help to ensure that every eligible voter has their ballot counted and the election is certified in November. Ballot Cure Associates will implement volunteer organizing and voter contact efforts to reach supporters whose ballots have been rejected. Ballot Cure Associates will report directly to a Deputy Voter Access Director and work closely with the coordinated campaign Voter Access Team and other departments to implement ballot cure programming.

Salary

The salary for this role is $66,000 annually, directly through the DSCC.

• This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.


• This is a cycle role based in a battleground state.
