Job summary

DSCC (Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee) is seeking a Voter Access Associate for Ballot Cure to support Ballot Cure efforts in battleground states. The role involves coordinating outreach, trainings, and volunteer engagement to ensure ballots are counted and the election is certified in November.

Responsibilities include implementing plans with the Deputy Voter Access Director, staying current on state voting laws, and developing educational resources for staff, volunteers, and voters.

Qualifications

• Campaign experience preferred but not required.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across organization
• Familiarity with Voter Access tools (LBJ, VAN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Voter Access Director to implement ballot cure plan
• Develop understanding of state voting laws and ballot cure issues
• Maintain training resources and lead trainings for staff, volunteers, and voters
• Recruit and engage voter access volunteers in the post-election program
