Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide case management and coordinate in-home volunteer services for older adults with chronic health conditions. You will manage a network of volunteers, screen participants, and connect clients with information and referrals.

Responsibilities include home visits, community outreach, volunteer supervision, and program coordination across Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or volunteer management.
• 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the area and valid WA driver's license.
• Commitment to elder and disability well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload of about 150 clients receiving in-home volunteer services.
• Recruit, train, and supervise 90 ongoing and 400 episodic volunteers.
• Coordinate outreach, partnerships with local faith communities and schools.
• Record and report volunteer hours and program metrics.
• Develop emergency plans with the team.
• Represent the program at community events.
