Qualified applicants must hold a CDL with passenger endorsement (P), ideally a school bus endorsement (S), and maintain a clean driving record with ongoing compliance with LifeWise background checks and drug testing policies.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a CDL with passenger endorsement (P).
• School bus endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations in past five years.
• Active participation in a local church and faith alignment with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refueling as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children and enforce safety rules.
• Assist students with entering and exiting the bus and monitor behavior.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training.
• Volunteer in LifeWise classroom if approved by director.
