• Ability to use EMR, MS Word, Excel, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assess ongoing needs for volunteers at each site and staff accordingly.
• Ensure policies align with GLBHC, HRSA, and laws; maintain volunteer handbook.
• Expand volunteer pipeline via community engagement and outreach.
• Develop tools to track training, hours, KPIs, and budget collaboration.
• Lead recognition and retention efforts with Growth and Development team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
