Job summary

Vincennes University, in collaboration with Generations, seeks an experienced program administrator to manage the RSVP volunteer program. The role leads grant writing, fundraising activities, and volunteer supervision to fulfill grant requirements and enhance community impact.

The successful candidate will coordinate advisory groups, train volunteers, prepare reports, and collaborate with program directors to align with Generations’ mission for older adults.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with seniors and volunteerism preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer the RSVP volunteer program day-to-day.
• Lead and train volunteers; ensure grant requirements are met.
• Manage grant budgets and annual fundraising projects.
• Submit required reports on time; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Promote RSVP through newsletters, social media, and community partnerships.
• Build advisory groups and collaborate with Generations leadership.
