Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls for Volunteer Resources.
• Process volunteer applications, onboarding paperwork, and matching documentation.
• Maintain volunteer records and run reports on annual requirements.
• Organize training logistics and materials for volunteer programs.
• Coordinate volunteer placement, events, and recognition activities.
• Provide information and assistance to volunteers, staff, and the public.
