Job summary

Humane Society for Southwest Washington seeks a Volunteer Services Coordinator for our Longview Campus to manage onboarding and ongoing support for a team of 500+ volunteers. Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and supporting 500+ volunteers.
• Respond to email requests and schedule volunteers.
• Coordinate with Volunteer Manager and departments for smooth onboarding.
• Provide courteous, professional communication via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide tech support for volunteer software.
• Carry out clerical duties and support volunteer events and trainings.
• Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and followed.
