Qualifications

• Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) - PXi.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Excellent Grammar and writing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides effective leadership to the volunteer department and aligns with the health system's strategic plan.
• Oversees daily operations of the volunteer department and coordinates with staff.
• Acts as a super-user of Galaxy Digital volunteer database to track hours and statuses; generates reports.
• Plans and implements volunteer orientation and recognition events.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission regulations and hospital policies; maintains volunteer files.
