Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in volunteer management or a related role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, plan and implement all volunteer projects.
• Provide hands-on site supervision to volunteers on landscape activities.
• Communicate with volunteers via email and phone regarding assignments and general correspondence.
• Keep simple records and track volunteer hours and attendance; prepare required reports.
• Ensure all work meets organizational standards of methods, safety and practices.
• Operate tools and equipment as needed and collaborate with staff across departments.
