St. Joseph Hospice is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to manage and grow the volunteer program in our Alabama hospice.

The role focuses on organizing and coordinating volunteers, recruiting new candidates, and collaborating with community organizations to promote our services. The position includes an orientation and training program, along with company-paid ESOP ownership, competitive pay, disability coverage, generous PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Formación

• Two years’ experience working with volunteers.
• Ability to work well with people, communicate efficiently.
• Must have a current Alabama driver's license, auto insurance and current CPR.
• Hospice or healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – company-paid ownership benefit.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates the volunteer program.
