Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a part-time Volunteer Management System Administrator to support the Golden system rollout, adoption, and ongoing stabilization across the territory. You will coordinate user access, provide frontline support, maintain resources, and promote consistent use of established processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and administer web-based software platforms, with CRM or database experience.
• Attention to detail in data entry, configuration, and account management.
• Excellent customer-service orientation for diverse divisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with documentation skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow established processes and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and triage help tickets for Golden system users.
• Assist with user access definitions and exception requests with IT and leadership.
• Monitor ticket trends and recommend training or process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Golden functionality and updates.
• Prepare and update user-facing documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate office hours and ensure timely issue resolution.
