ETC provides inbound program opportunities for high school students worldwide to study in an American high school and live with an American family. ETC's outbound program offers students the chance to study and live in a foreign country. Education Travel & Culture is a unique, personalized organization whose primary goal is to support both students and host families through a network of local coordinators and dedicated staff.

Help make a difference in the lives of exchange students! Our non-profit offers flexible, part-time opportunities with supplemental income.

ETC is a non-profit [501(c)(3)] educational organization recruiting host families across the U.S. for international high-school exchange students. We seek part-time Local Coordinators to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with exchange students, host families, and schools, overseeing monthly student progress
• Receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and guidance from the Field Manager
• Assist in recruiting volunteer host families through networking, job postings, calls, and emails. Compensation is provided per family recruited and students overseen.

This is an independent contractor role, allowing you to work from home on your schedule.

Qualifications include:

• Problem-solving skills and ability to support students and families during the program
• Self-motivated, organized, well-connected within the community
• Driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Recruitment experience (preferred)

Compensation depends on recruitment and oversight efforts. This position offers supplemental income only.
