About ETC: Education Travel & Culture (ETC) provides inbound programs for high school students worldwide to study in American high schools and live with American families. Our outbound programs offer students the chance to study abroad. As a non-profit organization, ETC is dedicated to supporting students and host families through a network of local coordinators and staff.

Role Overview:
  • Help make a difference in the lives of exchange students by providing support and fostering cultural exchange.
  • Offer flexible, supplemental income on a family-friendly schedule (10-20 hours/month).

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with exchange students, host families, and local high schools, including monthly oversight.
  • Receive full training, ongoing support, and guidance from the Field Manager.
  • Assist in recruiting volunteer host families through various outreach methods; compensation is per family recruited.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to support students and families effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and well-connected within the community.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Recruitment skills are a plus.
Additional Details:

This is an independent contractor position, allowing you to work from home on your schedule. Compensation is based on recruitment efforts and student oversight. Open to applicants nationwide who share a passion for promoting global understanding.
