Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation is seeking a fundraising leader to guide and grow comprehensive donor programs in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on building strong donor relationships, developing scalable strategies, and managing a high-impact fundraising team.

You will drive annual revenue targets, steward major gifts, and collaborate with Foundation leadership to advance the mission of improving child health through philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in development/fundraising
• Experience in marketing
• Demonstrated record of successful relationships with donors

Responsibilities

• Develops annual goals and implements action plans in assigned areas to maximize Children's Healthcare of Atlanta fundraising support.
• Develops and implements strategies for identifying potential prospects and growing donor base.
• Represents Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta appropriately at miscellaneous community functions, networking and nurturing new and existing relationships.
• Maintains up-to-date records on both prospects and donors via Raiser’s Edge.
