Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain volunteer biographical profiles in ARCH and update internal/external volunteer websites and links.
• Standardize onboarding materials, agreements, and the code of conduct.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel logistics, and expense reimbursements for the AVC and Director.
• Schedule twice-yearly meetings with UA stakeholders involved with volunteer groups.
