• Independently manage and facilitate activities for youth; management of groups includes assisting with activity supervision, lesson planning and implementation, keeping accurate attendance documents.
• Create an environment that is diverse, culturally sensitive, and relevant to the needs of youth.
• Ability to work cooperatively with professional staff and other departments.
• By personal example, help interpret the quality of YMCA Character Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
• Accept and perform all other responsibilities necessary for the organization's good as required by the supervisor (remains flexible).
