Job description

  • Do you believe that each individual matters and has something to contribute?
  • Should we be educating the whole child?
  • Could SEL programs for tweens & teens be better designed so that they really resonate with this age group?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we're looking for you, and we need your help!

We're an SEL program designer that has focused mainly on anti-bullying programs that help build resilience: empowering individuals with tools and strategies to help them (safely and kindly!) take action when they witness or experience bullying behavior. We strive to help each individual discover the power they have, even in situations where…

Mission Statement

To empower young people to find their voice, be part of the solution, and change the way their generation treats each other, so that schools and communities are places of acceptance and tolerance, where empathy and kindness are second nature and each child can rise to their full potential, without fear of being bullied.

Description

Programs & Services:

  1. Student led, age appropriate, anti-bullying empowerment assemblies for K-12th (a) on campus at schools in San Diego County and (b) via live-stream everywhere else;
  2. Videos and scripts of our programs, available to rent and license on our website;
  3. Free Online Resources: Resource videos and positive, empowering social media presence to (a) provide tools & strategies to kids and teens no matter where they live and (b) make sure no one feels alone in what they’re experiencing;
  4. Support community on Discord where ages 11-19 can share their experiences and learn from each other about all topics related to being true to yourself and overcoming challenges related to that;
  5. Bullying Resilience Coaching services for kids, teens, and parents, including peer support and mentoring;
  6. Bullying Prevention Consulting services for schools and businesses.

All of our content, programs, and services are solution focused: providing a wide variety of tools and strategies that young people can use right away to find their voice, overcome bullying, build their resilience, and be part of the solution.

Since 2015, we've worked with 11,500+ students and 700+ teachers through our on-campus programs in Southern California, helping to reduce bullying incidents, foster empathy, and create more inclusive school environments.

We envision a world where every child feels safe, valued, heard, and respected. Whether you volunteer, donate, or spread the word, your support moves us closer to that world.
