ETC offers inbound programs for high school students worldwide to study in an American high school and live with an American family. Our outbound programs allow students to study abroad. Education Travel & Culture is dedicated to providing exceptional support for students and host families through a network of local coordinators and staff.

ETC is a non-profit [501(c)(3)] organization recruiting host families nationwide. We seek part-time Local Coordinators to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with exchange students, host families, and schools, including monthly oversight
  • Receive training, support, and guidance from the Field Manager
  • Assist in recruiting volunteer host families (optional)

Community-minded individuals such as teachers, volunteers, and social workers are ideal as Student Support Coordinators. Recruitment can involve reverse networking, postings, calls, and emails. Compensation is per recruited family and overseen student. Hours depend on recruitment success.

This is an independent contractor role, allowing remote work and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
  • Problem-solving and support skills for students and families
  • Self-motivated, organized, well-connected in the community
  • Driver’s license and transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Recruitment skills (preferred)

Compensation varies based on recruitment and oversight. This role provides supplemental income only. We seek coordinators across the U.S.!
