We are dedicated to educating and supporting the transgender community while striving to normalize transgender existence within broader society. Through educational platforms, outreach efforts, and moderated social media, we cultivate a culture where transgender rights are respected, and gender diversity is celebrated as vital to human identity. Our team of global volunteers works daily to make this world a better place for the Trans/GNC community.

Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
• Design and produce a wide range of materials, including print and digital assets, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that designs align with the organization's brand and messaging.
• Utilize a variety of design software and tools to create high-quality designs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
• Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance design goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills.
• Proficiency with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent visual communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
