About the Job

The Graphic Designer will focus on social media and communications content creation, contributing to the conceptualization, design, and development of brand campaigns and assets. This role reports to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

1. Design innovative graphics for social media, GIFs, animations, videos, presentations, reports, digital ads, blogs, infographics, and website graphics.
2. Maintain a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
3. Ensure a consistent and polished brand expression across all materials.
4. Edit and refine existing designs and templates.
5. Collaborate with the communications team on creative and production processes.
6. Partner with other teams for product launches, promotions, and content initiatives.
7. Translate complex concepts into accessible visual content for diverse audiences.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Over 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong typographic skills and effective use of brand colors, images, and fonts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Figma, AI Video, and Still Imagery is a plus.
• Experience in motion graphics and short-form content creation.
• Basic video editing skills for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• Knowledge of platform trends and accessibility practices.
• A diverse portfolio emphasizing social media design.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
