Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in volunteer engagement, customer service, or nonprofit coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and data accuracy; comfortable with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Respond to volunteer and group inquiries via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Schedule and support group participation; manage rosters, reservations, and documentation.
• Partner with departmental volunteer liaisons to handle scheduling changes and participation questions.
• Serve as a superuser in the volunteer management system (events, user groups, imports, registrations, troubleshooting).
• Support recognition activities, orientations/tours, outreach, and recruitment.
