Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilize comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet volunteer recruitment metrics and ensure sufficient volunteers.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with volunteer recruitment agencies and networks.
• Assist in scheduling orientations, placements, meetings and events for volunteers.
• Evaluate and modify recruitment strategies based on lessons learned.
• Provide coaching to volunteer teams and foster a culture of volunteerism.
• Develop engagement and retention strategies to improve volunteer satisfaction.
• Assist with executing the Event Based Volunteer plan.
• Develop thorough volunteer needs assessments and align goals with stakeholders.
