Qualifications

• Strong relational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience recruiting, leading, or caring for volunteers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop future volunteer leaders for Kidscoast.
• Lead onboarding for new Dream Team members and track progress.
• Coordinate volunteers for weekend experiences and major events.
• Maintain clear communication with volunteers and ministry staff.
• Represent Kidscoast at events and assist with volunteer scheduling.
