Job summary

Christ Fellowship is seeking a Kids Ministry Coordinator to lead and care for children across all phases. This full-time role requires weekends and some evenings, reporting to the Kids Ministry Director.

You will recruit and equip volunteers, prepare weekend resources, and drive attendance through the Kids strategy, ensuring a safe, engaging experience for kids and meaningful milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kids' ministry environment.
• College degree or current pursuit; focus in early childhood or elementary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and equip a volunteer team for the Christ Fellowship Kids ministry.
• Prepare and distribute weekend resources.
• Grow campus attendance through the Christ Fellowship Kids strategy.
• Ensure a safe, fun, meaningful weekend experience for kids.
• Assist in planning and executing events and spiritual milestones.
• Support supervision of midweek programming.
• Contribute to Central Team initiative development with Central Kids Directors.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and Department meetings.
