Job summary

Art Heals is seeking a full-time Volunteer Engagement role based in Phoenix to lead enrollment, recruitment, interviewing, and training of volunteers. You will track volunteer hours and prepare reports, while collaborating with departments to support community outreach and events.

The position requires at least 2 years in a professional setting and experience with nonprofit volunteer programs. Must have access to reliable transportation and a valid AZ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and managing volunteers in nonprofit environments.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; reliable transportation and valid AZ driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Own volunteer enrollment process from inquiry to placement.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, training, screening, and tracking of volunteers.
• Collaborate with Development & Marketing to support community events and partnerships.
• Utilize Salesforce and supporting platforms to maintain data for reporting and tracking.
