Purpose of Position: Goddard Riverside is seeking a dynamic, relationship-oriented Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to lead and grow the organization's volunteer and in-kind giving programs. This newly created position will serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, community groups, corporate partners, schools, and individual donors, creating meaningful opportunities for community members to engage with and support our mission. The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will oversee the full volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment and placement to stewardship and recognition—while partnering with staff across the organization to develop impactful volunteer experiences. The position will also manage the agency's in-kind giving program, coordinating donation drives and ensuring that donated goods are distributed efficiently to meet program needs.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, some weekend and holiday events, 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexibility for some morning and evening events
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
