Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

Just Add Creative is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to help recruit, engage, and communicate with volunteers who support our mission of bringing free creative experiences and craft kits to the community. This is a flexible volunteer leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, community outreach, and helping others get involved.

What You’ll Help With

• Promote volunteer opportunities for monthly volunteer sessions, special events, and ongoing volunteer roles
• Help recruit and welcome new volunteers
• Assist with volunteer communications and follow‑up
• Assist with event staffing and volunteer schedulingHelp identify new ways to engage and grow our volunteer community

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have strong communication and follow‑up skills
• Are organized and detail‑oriented
• Are comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Gmail)
• Have experience with Wix, email newsletters, or digital communication tools (a plus)
• Are proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic

Time Commitment

Flexible – approximately 4–8 hours per month.
