Description: Volunteers needed to help with the 5-mile trail run! This event is all about enjoying year-round outdoor recreation and fitness on the trails of Asbury Woods. Join the fun and cheer on our runners!

Description: Volunteers will help assist our staff during a program as well as with set up and clean up for the program. These shifts coincide with the programs listed in our newsletter. Age requirements for helpers vary from program to program but range from 14-adult. When logged in to your profile the open shifts for your age will be highlighted in Blue. Description: Education volunteers are needed to help run programs for school visits. Volunteers must be upbeat, like kids, be able to stand and/or walk for at least 60 minutes, and be well prepared to lead activities during school visits both inside and outdoors. Clearances required. Description: Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering the phone, answering visitors inquiries, making suggestions for activities to do while visiting Asbury Woods, registering people for programs and running the register in the gift shop. (Student Opportunity) Animal Care
Location: Erie, PA

Description: Adult and student volunteers ages 12+ are invited to learn how to assist with caring for Asbury Woods’ animals. Volunteers will learn how to clean enclosures and facilities, feed animals, handle some animals and provide enrichment time. All work with animals will be done under the supervision of an Asbury Woods staff member. If you would like to join Animal Care Crew, please email [e-mail] to set up a training.
