Job Description:

The position is responsible for the organization, development, and leadership within the sports program and the mission and core values of the Athletic Department/College.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting and retaining top prospective student-athletes;
  • Coordinating practice planning, skill development, and designing strategies which prepare the team for competition;
  • Assisting in travel accommodations;
  • Assisting with purchasing/inventory of equipment;
  • Overseeing fundraising opportunities and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required: Coaching experience in designated sport at High school level or higher. Strong communication skills.
