Responsibilities include coordinating driver coverage, using WorkWave for routing, maintaining client data, and delivering meals when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in volunteer coordination, logistics, distribution, or customer service.
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within a timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, train, and support volunteer drivers; main contact.
• Maintain records in VolunteerHub and databases.
• Recruit volunteers and coordinate coverage for holidays/special events.
• Support on-site volunteer needs and outreach activities.
• Assist in meal packing and delivery scheduling; ensure accuracy.
