Job summary

MANNA in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee daily distribution of medically tailored meals, manage drivers, Packers, and volunteers, and ensure all protocols are followed for safety and quality.

You will lead fleet operations and scheduling, coordinate packing and delivery, maintain accurate logistics records, report KPIs to senior leadership, and foster a collaborative, service‑oriented team culture while upholding HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics, volunteer coordination, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local delivery routes and statewide shipment.
• Hire, train, and supervise distribution staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate packing, delivery, and logistics operations.
• Prepare regular KPI reports for leadership.
