As a new Volunteer Coordinator at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared to support our mission. You'll coordinate volunteer schedules, handle inquiries, and facilitate onboarding sessions, all while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable environment. Daily tasks may involve developing volunteer programs, organizing events, and participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and strategies.

Your expected schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional afternoon or weekend commitments for special events or training sessions. This role requires flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling you to create meaningful experiences for both volunteers and visitors alike.
