Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Community Engagement Manager in Cape Girardeau, MO to lead and expand volunteer-driven community programs. You will recruit, coach, and support volunteers, cultivate partnerships, and drive awareness and education across diverse communities.

You will also manage program delivery, collaborate across departments, and ensure timely execution of community impact plans while traveling up to 60% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
• Activate and support volunteers using peer coaching and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance and manage budgets.
