LifeWise Academy is seeking a dedicated LifeWise Secondary Education teacher for grades 6-12 who can demonstrate Bible knowledge, strong teaching skills, and compassionate leadership. Active church participation and clear communication are essential.

The role emphasizes using LifeWise curriculum, building relationships with students, maintaining organized classrooms, and engaging with families and the community to support spiritual growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting
• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training and Certification within 30 days of start date
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization
• Maintain accurate attendance records and class rosters
• Prepare lesson plans and materials for substitutes
• Create an organized, engaging classroom environment that supports spiritual growth
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers, and families regularly
